1. Services Offered

 

We Clean ("We", "us", or "our") provides a variety of home and office cleaning services, including:

  • Regular cleaning

  • One-off cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • End of tenancy cleaning

  • Moving in/out cleaning

 

We primarily work in domestic properties, offices, retail spaces, leisure facilities, and schools.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

 

We offer two pricing options:

  • Hourly Rate: You will be charged an hourly rate for cleaning services.

  • Package Rates: We offer pre-defined packages with fixed prices for regular cleaning services.

 

We send a digital invoice for each cleaning service. You can pay online through a secure payment gateway or via BACs transfer. We accept the following payment methods:

 

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • Bank Transfer (BACs)

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Cleaning appointments need to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to be rescheduled without penalty.


Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for rescheduling.

 

Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation is made with at least one week's notice (7 days) prior to the scheduled cleaning service.

 

3. Website Usage

You agree to use our website in a lawful and responsible manner. You must not:

 

  • Use our website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website.

  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

  • Engage in spamming or other unsolicited communications.

We are committed to resolving any disputes with our customers in a fair and timely manner. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to attempt to find a resolution.

 

We prefer to resolve disputes through informal negotiation. However, if we are unable to reach an agreement, you may have the right to pursue legal action in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

5. Disclaimers

 

We Clean will use reasonable care and skill in providing cleaning services. However, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all dirt, stains, or odours.

 

We are not liable for any damages arising from pre-existing conditions in your property, such as damage to carpets, upholstery, or furniture.

 

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, fire, or theft.

 

6. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

7. Entire Agreement

 

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and We Clean regarding your use of our website and the cleaning services we provide.

8. Updates to Terms and Conditions

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our website.
