WHO CAN ENTER

This competition is open, subject to any other qualifications in these terms and conditions, to all residents of the United Kingdom. Participants should be over 18, or have a parent/guardian submit the entry on their behalf.
By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. There is no charge to submit an entry via the website.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

Entries must be received between 00:01 on 1st day of the month and 23:59 on the last day of the same month (the “Closing Date”).

Each new month constitutes a new draw and only entries submitted within that month will be entered and eligible for the prize e.g. only entries submitted in September 2025 will be eligible to win the September 2025 draw, and so on for each month the draw runs. 

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, entrants follow the competition instructions at the top of this page and submit their details and other required information using the online form provided. 

Just one entry per person will be accepted.

No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Those entries not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the We Clean to exclude the entry from the competition; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will exclude the entry from the competition.

THE PRIZE

There is one 3 hour residential clean per month. Only one winner per month.
The winner will be contacted at the start of the month following the draw they entered, to arrange a clean (in that proceeding month). Cleaning is not available on bank holidays or Sundays and only where mutual agreement on a convenient date and time can be reached.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.

WINNER SELECTION

The entries, comprising of full and complete form submissions, submitted during that month's open dates (see above) will be entered (only) into the draw of the same month. Each entry will be allocated a number and we will use a random number generator to select a winner: https://g.co/kgs/TXeoVM

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided within the competition entry. The winners will be required to respond within 7 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event winners do not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, We Clean reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.

No responsibility will be accepted for wrongly submitted email addresses, resulting in the winner not being contacted

We will treat all of your personal data as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We Clean and its owners, associated companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you have opted-in to receive further information or marketing from We Clean, you understand and accept any processing of your personal data for these purposes, and that such processing will be governed by terms of that party’s privacy policy.

GENERAL

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if We Clean believes that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the competition into disrepute, the company may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry void and will entitle We Clean to exclude you from participating in the competition.

The decision of We Clean regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

We Clean reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

This competition and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
